Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AccessPPO.com (the “Site,” “AccessPPO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit the Site, call a telephone number we advertise, or otherwise interact with us. AccessPPO.com is an advertising and referral service that connects consumers with independent, licensed insurance agents and agencies. We are not an insurance company, we are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government program or public insurance marketplace.
By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or contact us.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you call us, request a quote, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code and state, date of birth or age, household size, and general information about your insurance needs and current coverage. You control what you share, though some information may be necessary for an agent to prepare a quote.
Information we collect automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, referring and exit pages, the date and time of your visit, and online advertising identifiers such as the Google Click Identifier (GCLID) or similar click IDs. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” below).
Call information
When you call a number we advertise, we and our call-tracking provider may collect your telephone number; the date, time, and duration of the call; the advertisement or web page that referred the call; and, where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of the call, a recording of the call for quality, training, and compliance purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To connect you with one or more independent, licensed insurance agents or agencies who can answer your questions and prepare quotes;
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
- To measure and improve our advertising — for example, to understand which advertisements and pages led to a call or inquiry;
- To contact you, and to permit our partner agents and agencies to contact you, about insurance products and services (see “Your Consent to Be Contacted”);
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal process, and to enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Your Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
When you call us or submit your information through the Site, you provide your prior express written consent for AccessPPO, its operator, and one or more of its partner insurance agents, agencies, and carriers to contact you at the telephone number(s) and email address(es) you provide — including for marketing and servicing purposes — using automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text (SMS/MMS) messages, even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may revoke consent at any time (see “Your Choices and Rights” and our Do Not Call request form).
4. How We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose the information described above as follows:
- With insurance agents, agencies, and carriers. We share the information you provide with one or more independent, licensed insurance agents or agencies (including, where applicable, SPARKM LLC, Champion Benefits Group, and partner agencies) so they can contact you and prepare quotes. These parties are independent and use your information in accordance with their own privacy practices.
- With service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, call routing and tracking, analytics, and advertising — who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
- For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information to comply with the law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of AccessPPO, our users, or others, and to investigate fraud or security issues.
- In a business transfer. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
“Sales” and “sharing” of personal information. Because we connect you with insurance agents and agencies and may be compensated for doing so, our disclosure of your contact information to those partners for their own marketing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain U.S. state privacy laws. See “Your Choices and Rights” for how to opt out.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. We use third-party services including Google Analytics and Google Ads (which may set the GCLID and support conversion measurement and remarketing) and Microsoft Clarity (which provides analytics and session insights). You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of certain advertising cookies through tools such as the Google Ads Settings page, the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. Because there is no common standard, we do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
6. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site and the agents we connect you with may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations (such as TCPA consent recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Marketing and calls. You may opt out of marketing contact at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails, replying STOP to a text message, telling an agent on a call, or submitting our Do Not Call request form. We also maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list (see “Do Not Call Policy”).
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to: know about and access the personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of their personal information; request correction of inaccurate personal information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may submit a request using the contact details below, and you may use an authorized agent to do so. We will verify your request before responding.
Residents of other states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
To submit a privacy request, email support@AccessPPO.com.
10. Do Not Call Policy
We maintain an internal Do-Not-Call list and honor valid opt-out requests. If you ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list, we will not contact you for marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. You may also register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov. To opt out with us, use our Do Not Call request form.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Text Messaging
If you consent to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
